Non-Returnable Items

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We understand that is sometimes difficult to buy furniture online. Therefore, we strive to offer only quality products that are presented to match the look and feel of the product as accurately as possible. In addition, offering the best possible prices is our goal and we also strive to offer the best possible shipping choices to make your online furniture purchase simple, easy, and worry free.

However, we do not accept returns on the following items:

• Furniture
• Personal care items 
• Mattresses
• Custom orders
• Gift cards
• Seasonal items
• Pillows, pillowcases, or bedding
• Products marked as a "closeout" or "overstock"
• Items without our return authorization number (RA)
• Used products not in new condition

All furniture items are not returnable but are fully covered by the manufacturers' warranties. This is because they are simply too large or heavy, and, in the case of personal care items, because of sanitary considerations as well. Additionally, any special order item or items delivered by truck cannot be returned.
