How to Return an Item

1) E-mail our customer service department. Make sure to include your name, order number, and phone number. 

2) A customer service representative will answer your inquiry within 1-2 business days.

3) Once you reach a customer service representative, you can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method, however we require a return tracking number on all returns.

4) Once the item is received and inspected, a credit will be issued or a new item will be sent, as specified on your return packing slip. Credits are processed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of return.
