Our delivery options are as follows:- Ground Delivery: Smaller purchases are shipped using Ground Delivery, by either UPS or FedEx home delivery.
- Curbside Delivery: With Curbside Delivery, the order is brought to the curb nearest to the customer’s address and the customer is responsible for bringing the item into the building. The delivery company will call in advance to schedule a date and time window for delivery that is most convenient for you.
- Basic Inside Delivery: With Basic Inside Delivery, the order is brought to the threshold of the nearest ground entrance. The customer is responsible for bringing the item into the desired room. The delivery company will call in advance to schedule a date and time window for delivery that is most convenient for you.
- White Glove Delivery: The order is brought inside the customer’s house and into the room of choice (up to two flights of stairs). The delivery company will call in advance to schedule a date and time window for delivery that is most convenient for you.
- White Glove Deluxe Delivery: The order is brought inside the customer’s house, into the room of choice (up to two flights of stairs), and fully assembled for your convenience. The delivery company will also remove any packaging materials and/or debris on their departure. The delivery company will call in advance to schedule a date and time window for delivery that is most convenient for you.
