LifeTime Extended Surface Filters are enclosed in a rigid, heavy duty, high wet strength beverage board and specifically bonded to prevent air leakage. The expanded wire grid supports the media in such a manner as to form a "radial pleat design" which allows greater surface area of the filter media. What does all this mean? It means a greater dust holding capacity, which means the LifeTime filter will be on the job longer!
