The Body Form Overlay has a 3.5 lb. density visco-elastic foam that responds to body temperature and pressure. The Overlay creates a custom formed support with each use. The Body Form Overlay's 3 inch thickness cradles you in comfort - most other brands are only 1-2 inches thick.

Overlay comes with a zippered Micro-Care® cover that is easy to remove for cleaning. Micro-Care® fabric utilizes three layers of material. A cotton top layer is provided to absorb moisture. The second layer of nylon holds the moisture and removes it from the top cotton layer. The third, lower, layer prevents the moisture from going into the mattress. When a person gets up in the morning, the moisture trapped in the second layer is wicked away by the cotton layer. Evaporation from the cotton layer completely eliminates moisture from the fabric. The third layer also includes a anti-micro-bacterial additive. This provides a series of features; it offers an extensive protection against a wide range of fungi and bacteria, reduction of dust mites reproduction, washable at 140 degrees Fahrenheit, no use of toxic or dangerous substances, and no impregnation of chemicals
