To check if your order has shipped.
- Step 1 - Go to the Log in
page and enter your email address and your password.
- Step 2 - Once logged into your account, your order will be listed
under "View Your Order/Billing History". Locate the order you are
wanting an update on.
- Step 3 - After you have located your order, look to the right of
the page under "status". If your status shows as
"Complete" or "Partially Shipped", your order has
entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily
mean your item has left the warehouse. To see where your item is at, you can
check the tracking number (if available)* by clicking the "Track"
hyperlink.
